I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant lower back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it. So I decided to go to a chiropractor before the surgery and I am so thankful that I did. My back pains are gone and I am living my life to the fullest and pain free.

Exercising is an important aspect of wellness.  Don't think of exercise going to the gym 5 days/week for 2 hours each time.  Think of exercise as proper movement.  Each joint in your body has a certain alignment to allow it to move in a full and unrestricted motion. 

Movement is the #1 nutrient to your brain.  Like calcium is to your bones, protein for your muscles, movement is ESSENTIAL for proper brain function.  We are a society where sitting is the norm.  Sugar to your teeth is like sitting to your brain and nervous system.  Movement does not have to be formal.
